AMRAP 15:00 of...

     - Up ladder of  70# KB Swing, 70# Goblet Squat, 30" Box Jump, 20 yard shuttle runs
     - 8 Rounds + 16 reps
    - Good workout but should have made the shuttle runs shorter. As it was the time was all in the running!
