3 Sets for time of the following @ 80%:
60 Double Unders
20 Wall Balls
5 Muscle-Ups
- I stuck to the recommended intensity level going for unbroken sets while pausing long enough between movements to make sure my H/R didn't spike. I really became aware of the effect that big sets of Double Unders have on me. After the first round my H/R was soaring after the 60 dubs. Have to be aware of this in workouts that have them. Got 2/3 sets of Muscle Ups unbroken. Last set broke into 4/1.
