- 235#. Technique started off rough. Better as I got warmed up.
C1. Strict Press, 3-4 reps x 4 sets, rest 2 minutes between sets.
- Worked up to 135#
C2. Weighted Mix Grip Pull-Ups, 3-4 reps x 4 sets, rest 2 minutes between sets.
People can scale down to clusters, 1.1.1 x 4 sets
