Squat Snatch. Snatch Balance, 1.1 @ 115lb x 12 sets, 1 min
- Left shoulder still impinged, big time. Because of this I had trouble lowering bar back to my shoulders for Snatch Balances and because of that I ended up "dropping" the bar pretty much directly onto my neck. Heard a crunch and felt some stuff get out of whack. Guess I'll be paying a visit to my Chiropractor soon!
