- 12 walking DB Lunge @ 40#
- 200M Run
- Time = 13:47
- Toes to Bars totally smooth and unbroken which is an accomplishment for me!! Thursters and Lunges also unbroken. Where I suffered in this workout was the 200M "Run". Felt like I was running in cement filled shoes!! My conditioning is crap and I can't wait to change that!!
