Row 1000 Meters
100 Air Squats
50 Pull Ups
25 Burpees

     -1 round + about 500M

Rest 15 Minutes

10 Rounds of the following:
4 Toes to Bar
6 Overhead Squats @ 95/65
8 Box Jumps

     - Time was 10:20. Don't feel great about this. This one crushed me, especially box jumps.
