A. 3 Position Clean, 60%, 1 rep x 5 sets, rest as needed between sets.
B. Front Squat, 50% x 4 reps x 2 sets, 55% x 3 reps x 3 sets, rest as needed between sets.

C. 30 Minutes on the Assault:
Every 5 Minutes get off and complete the following:
10 Wall Balls
5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Burpees
5 Strict Ring Dips
