A2. Pendalay Barbell Bent Over @ 30x1, 3-4 repetitions x 5 sets, rest 3 minutes between sets.
-all sets at 135
B. Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes of the following:
3 Power Cleans @ 135 lbs
6 Lateral Burpees
- did pretty well with these. Felt easy.
