A. Hang Squat Snatch: work up to heavy single
     - Worked up to 160#. Felt decent on these

B. Clean & Jerk Cluster @ 75%, 1.1.1.1.1 x 5 sets
     - Decided to do all squat cleans on these. Went with 185#

C. Farmers Walk @ 2 x 70# KB, :45 work/:45 rest
     - Started getting tough in 4th round!

D. Rope Climb EMOM for 15:00
