A. Team comp. prep
     - Mixed team of 2 complete 2 rounds of...
            - 30 KB Swings @ 70#/53#
            - 25 Yard Walking Lunge w/ KB
            - 50 yard sprint
            -25 Yard Walking Lunge w/ KB
            -30 KB Swings @ 70#/53#

      - One person works at a time on swings. Everything else is simultaneously.
      - Heather and I did 4:07 first round and 3:50 the second round. We rested approximately 4:00 between rounds.

B. 3 Rounds of.....
     - 400M Run
     - 15 Hand Release Push Ups
     - 20 Double KB Push Jerks @ 35#
     - 25 Air Squat
     - 30 Double Unders
     - Finished in 12 something. Just wanted to get a sweat on and burn some calories
