HSPU Progression Work

AMRAP HSPU (Kipping), Rest 3:00 between sets - note: this was supposed to be 4:00. I screwed up!

Strict M/U practice
     - Did a bunch of singles and then one set of 3. Shoulder felt pretty sore at first but better as I loosened up.
